Transplant Clinical Manager

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital has retained TLI to identify and recruit Transplant Clinical Manager for their Kidney/Pancreas program in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

The Manager is responsible for day to day overall supervision and coordination of clinical operations for the kidney and pancreas programs. This includes managing performance of staff, productivity, process improvement, and to assure regulatory agency standards are met. Also works collaboratively with the respective Medical Directors and administrative and clinical leadership to develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational changes and to assure quality patient care services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing plus 5 years of experience in an appropriate allied health or hospital position required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in a healthcare related field. At least two years’ experience in transplantation.
