Director, Donor Center

TLI has been retained by LiveOnNY in New York, NY to recruit a Director for their organ and tissue call center.  The position will manage and direct the operation of the Donor Center which includes tissue screening, authorization and coordination for tissue recovery and organ allocation. Coordinates tissue procurement and organ allocation efforts in pursuit of maximizing the number of tissues recovered, organ allocation and transplanted. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies for tissue and organ recovery and allocation. Supports and fosters the mission of the organization and its commitment to organ and tissue donation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in health related field preferred; five to seven years managerial experience in a clinical area, preferably in an organ or tissue procurement organization. CTBS certification or eligible or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
