2021 Transplant Administrator Salary Survey-Back by Popular Demand!
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, nominal wages and salaries rose 4.5% since December of 2020 which was the fastest increase since 1983. Employee turnover and retention is the top concern at most healthcare organizations as employees reevalute their careers as a result of the pandemic. TLI has also seen a similar overall increase in Transplant Administrator’s wages during the past year with an increase of 5.3%. The largest increases occurred in UNOS regions 1, 3 and 5 (14.2%, 11.3% and 20.9% respectively). Covid induced inflation played a key role in this increase. The outlook for wage growth appears to be upward due to a continued tight labor market and rising inflation.
