Administrative Director-Transplant Services

Transplant Leadership Institute has been engaged by Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee to identify and recruit an Administrative Director of Transplant Services.  The position will provide strategic leadership for the administrative and operational activities of the heart transplant, mechanical circulatory support and advanced heart failure service lines.  The position is responsible for clinical operations, personnel and financial activities of these programs.  These activities are coordinated with hospital administration, the Department of Surgery administration, Medical Staff and others. Key areas of focus include quality and regulatory, marketing, third party payers, and service line growth and development.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or related field is required.  Five to seven years of experience in healthcare administration or management with transplant management experience preferred.
