Chief Clinical Officer

TLI has been retained by LiveOnNY in New York, NY to recruit a Chief Clinical Officer.  The Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is responsible for the overall direction of the clinical services, family services, hospital services, preservation, tissue services and donor center departments. The position will ensure the highest quality of care for all organ procurement, preservation, allocation, consent and tissue recovery activities.  The CCO oversees the optimization of the quality and quantity of transplantable organs and tissues, the consent process as well as that clinical standards of practice and achieving quality outcomes are met. As a member of the senior leadership team, the position will also formulate strategic initiatives to realize LiveOnNY’ s mission.

Requirements for the position are: Ten years of progressive management experience in Organ Procurement Organizations or Transplant Centers. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. The ideal candidate should demonstrate achievement in leadership, business, strategic planning and executive networking, as well as strong decision-making capabilities, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
