Chief, Division of Transplantation

Transplant Leadership Institute LLC has been retained by Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, Pennsylvania, to identify and recruit a Division Chief of Transplant Surgery. The selected candidate will provide leadership and oversight in continuously assessing and seeking ways to improve multidisciplinary patient care, education, and research as it relates to the abdominal transplant program at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certified or board eligible by the American Board of Surgery
• ASTS certified transplant surgeon in liver transplantation including live donor transplant
• Meets the UNOS criteria for kidney, liver and pancreas transplant surgeon
• Leadership experience
• Strong commitment to patient care, resident education, research and clinical medicine with an established record of research and mentorship

This is a full-time, academic, leadership position with vast clinical, research, and teaching opportunities. Level of appointment will be based upon qualifications and experience.
