Director of Organ Operations

Transplant Leadership Institute has been engaged by Lifeline of Ohio, in Columbus, Ohio to identify and recruit a Director of Organ Operations. The position oversees the day-to-day activities of Organ Recovery, Family Services, and Surgical Recovery/Preservation areas. The position also directs statewide organ referral response and recovery activities and supports clinical education programs. The Director of Organ Operations will also build, lead, and maintain a high-performing, highly-engaged team that embodies the organization’s values and will collaborate with other directors within the OPO to accomplish and further the mission of Lifeline of Ohio.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience, Master’s degree preferred
2. 5 years of applicable experience in a highly regulated work environment
3. Prior experience leading teams/departments in a clinical environment
4. Knowledge of clinical compliance (CMS, UNOS, FDA, ATB, etc.)
