Director of Organ Services

Nevada Donor Network has retained TLI to identify and recruit a Director of Organ Services.  The position is responsible for the recruitment, training, and general supervision of the organ recovery staff.  Responsible for compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to clinical regulations promulgated by the Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS), the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) and the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations (AOPO). Must be able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external clients. This position also has  “on-call” responsibilities.

Requirements for the position are a Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or university) in a healthcare field; Master’s Degree preferred; years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.  Three  to seven years of healthcare related experience; minimum of 3 years experience in organ procurement required. Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) required.
