Director of Quality Services

The Nevada Donor Network is seeking a Director of Quality Services.  The position will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and actively promoting the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). The Director serves as an advocate and resource for quality programs and provides interpretations of regulations and standards for consideration in the formulation of business strategies related to organ, tissue and ocular recovery operations. The Director collaborates with members of the Management and Senior Leadership Teams to advance improvement efforts throughout the organization in all departments.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or university) accepted, Master’s preferred

Experience: Two to four years related experience in organ/tissue/ocular donation or healthcare related field and in supervision or management of others.

Certificates & Licenses: ASQ required. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
