Transplant Leadership Institute LLC has been retained by the Hackensack University Medical Center to identify and recruit a Medical Director of Kidney Transplantation. The successful candidate for this position is board-certified and has a minimum of five (5) years of post-fellowship experience in a clinical or academic setting that includes responsibilities in medical education and medical administration. This physician is recognized by peers for excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and they bring to this position a strong interest in programmatic growth.

Qualifications for this leadership position include eligibility for UNOS designation as primary physician for a kidney transplant program and a track record in academic and educational activities, including the education of medical students and house staff.
