Supervisor, Business Analytics and Regulatory Compliance

Indiana Donor Network is seeking a Supervisor of Business Analytics and Regulatory Compliance.  This position monitors, promotes, and implements performance improvement while maintaining regulatory accreditation compliance as it relates to organizational goals, objectives, processes, and procedures.

Duties include: Assists with ensuring organizational compliance with all federal, state, and/or local laws and/or regulations; Works with leadership across departments to ensure that an appropriate and effective quality system is implemented throughout the organization, and recommends quality improvement initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and efficiencies; Responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of medical records to ensure regulatory compliance for optimal donation outcomes; Responsible for all internal/external audits of organizational systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; Provides direction to and/or manages the selection, training, development, and performance of assigned staff to retain a motivated, productive, and professional work force.

Required qualifications for the position are: Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business or equivalent, quality improvement and regulatory compliance experience and experience in organ/tissue procurement.  Previous management experience is preferred.
