Transplant Administrator
University of Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma has retained Transplant Leadership Institute to identify and recruit a Director of Transplant. The medical center has a multi-organ abdominal transplant center transplanting liver, kidney, kidney/pancreas. Key job responsibilities will be to direct and manage the ongoing operations of the transplant program, including quality, service, fiscal and human resources processes. Also, responsibility for compliance with policies, standards and regulatory agencies (UNOS, CMS and Joint commission) in order to ensure that comprehensive patient care services are being provided throughout the organization.
Requirements for the position are a Master’s degree in Nursing or a healthcare-related field and 2-4 years leadership experience in transplantation.
