Transplant Quality Coordinator

East coast transplant program is seeking a transplant quality coordinator. The position plans, coordinates and implements strategies and tactics for the inpatient and out-patient data needs as they relate to the transplant process and data capture and provides professional support related to the design and the implementation of performance improvement plans.  The position will also review clinical data for completeness and accuracy, ensures there is effective analysis of performance data and identifies performance improvement activities.  Requirements for the position are: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred.  Transplant experience in data, performance improvement, and regulatory requirements desired.  Knowledge of EPIC preferred.
