Vice President of Clinical Affairs

Transplant Leadership Institute LLC has been retained by Nevada Donor Network (NDN) in Las Vegas, Nevada to recruit a VP of Clinical Affairs.  The position is responsible for the day to day management of the Organ Recovery and Family Services Departments.  Other responsibilities include ensuring that all policies and procedures are consistent with regulatory requirements; supervising, hiring and development of staff; and collaborating with Medical Directors to strategize for opportunities for performance improvement and best practices implementation. The VP of Clinical Affairs supports the mission, goals and strategic plans of NDN through the development, implementation and maintenance of effective management and recovery processes and follow-up process to increase organ and tissue donation. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree preferred
  2. Four to ten years of OPO experience. Supervisory experience required.
  3. CPTC or CTBS preferred.
